I can't see how to do this elegantly in Flarum, so I have done some pretty draconian permissions changes that will hopefully prevent anyone from accidentally adding stuff from here post-migration. 1000 thanks to @Gerrit for doing the migration, which apparently was way less straight forward than one might have hoped...
